How to request deletion
Email sales@soaringwebs.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us the name, email address and any phone number you gave us, so we can find every record that belongs to you.
You can also post a request to Mitchell Knight trading as Soaringwebs (ABN 12 346 148 643), 1/104 Chatswood Rd, Shailer Park QLD 4128, Australia, or phone 0413 623 324.
You do not need an account with us to ask, and you do not have to give a reason.
What happens next
We confirm the request within two business days.
We delete the information within thirty days and confirm in writing once it is done.
Deletion covers enquiry and subscription records, contact details, form submissions, notes we hold about you, and any advertising audience list built from your details.
What we may have to keep
Records we are legally required to retain — invoices, payment records and tax documents — are kept for the period Australian law requires, and are not used for marketing afterwards.
Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle rather than opened and edited. Anything in a backup is deleted when that backup is replaced.
Information that no longer identifies you, such as aggregate visit counts, may remain because it cannot be traced back to a person.
Information held by connected platforms
Where you asked us to connect a platform on your behalf, such as a Meta or Google advertising account, that platform holds its own copy under its own policy. We can remove what we hold and remove our access, but you will need to ask that platform directly to delete its copy.
