Do I actually own the website?
After the 12-month term, yes — the website and email addresses are yours to keep, and the domain transfers to you. During the term we hold the domain and host everything.
What if I don’t like what you build?
You see the finished site before you pay anything. If it’s not right, tell us what to change — changes are free — or walk away owing nothing.
I already have a domain or a website.
That’s fine. We can build on a domain you already own, and we can usually carry your current site’s content across and improve on it.
Can you do an online shop?
Yes. You’ll need your own Shopify or Stripe account set up, then give us access and we build around it.
Will it come up on Google?
Search your business name — yes, once Google has indexed it. Ranking above your competitors is SEO, which is a separate service and a chat with our developer when you start.
Who writes the words and finds the photos?
We write the words, structured for search — you’re welcome to change anything. We supply a logo and stock photos at no cost if you don’t have your own.
What do you need from me?
A domain name if you have one — we’ll check availability if you don’t — and any photos or videos you’d like used. Everything else is on us.
Can I pause it?
Yes. The site goes offline for the pause and comes back on automatically on the date you set — handy for seasonal trades.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — up or down, whenever your business needs change.
Can you connect my booking system or CRM?
Usually — it depends on the system, so it’s a quick conversation with Mitchell on the first call.
